Being black, I imagine you are lucky in that most colours will suit her.
I've gone (mainly) royal blue with my bay, as he is a boy after all! I personally like quite girly colours for mares so if she was mine, I'd be looking at pinks or purples (or teal, but I imagine that is harder to find) But that's just personal preference
