Paddock Repair...

My land is overgrazed and I have many bold patches!! I am on very heavy waterlogged clay and despite strip grazing and keeping them of when at its wettest it looks bad!

I have 1 very trashed paddock too which I have been using for turnout all winter for the oldies as they struggle being in the yard for too long.

I am think about chain harrowing everything but the trashed paddock and then over seeding, then resting for 6 weeks/2 months.

During this time using the trashed paddock for all turnout needs with adlib hay, Mares and Geldings having alternate turnout and then being in the yard the rest of time.

Once the rest has recovered and I can start using them again, harrow, overseed and then muck spread on the completely trashed paddock and leave until the autumn at the absolute earliest, maybe even next spring.

Would this work?
